Welcome to the KingFolk Website

Nahum and Sarepta King migrated to Oregon in 1845 on the Oregon Trail.  They settled in a little valley in the Coast Range and named it Kings Valley.  Their sixteen children left many descendants now living all over the United States and Canada.  This web site is an attempt to gather information about the King Family and make it available to all of those descendants.  If you are a descendant, we would love to hear from you.

Check out the King Folk Family Photos from the Photo link above.
New photos will be added and you may send photos to the webmaster to be posted.

Are you or fellow King Family Members Military Veterans?

There are several software programs available to install on your home computer to record
your family tree data.  Legacy Family Tree is one option.   A FREE Legacy for beginners training video can be seen here. A 40 minute tutorial walks the "beginning Legacy user" through the basics of the program.
